Construction laborer needed for next year and a half

We have four ADU projects in San Luis Obispo. There is likely one and a half years worth of work. Three have already been approved by the city of San Luis Obispo. One is a duplex, two 3 bedroomt/2 bath units. One is a four bedroom house attached to an existing house. One is a four bedroom ADU in the backyard of another property. The last one is an internal remodel, adding a bedroom and loft. All projects are in San Luis Obispo. We are doing the building ourselves and need somebody with some basic general knowledge and experience, a willingness to learn, reliability, and a positive attitude. You will be working with my son during the construction projects, doing a variety of work. Work hours will vary, depending on scheduling and the weather. However, it will be steady work. Some of the work will be subbed out to contractors.
