Nightly Janitorial / Cleaning Position – San Luis Obispo
Unique Maintenance is a professional janitorial company providing nightly cleaning services for commercial facilities. We are currently hiring a dependable cleaner for a long-term position in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Position Details:
Schedule: 5 nights per week
Hours: 3 to 6 hours per night
Work is performed in the evening/night
Commercial office and facility cleaning
Job Duties Include:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Emptying trash and replacing liners
Cleaning restrooms and break areas
Dusting and wiping surfaces
Other general janitorial duties as assigned
Requirements:
Reliable transportation (must be able to travel to job sites)
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Dependable and punctual
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Prior janitorial experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience. Starting at $17 per hour.
