We are currently seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs

Conduct inspections of properties to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety and building codes

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers, prioritizing urgent issues and addressing them in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory

Collaborate with contractors and vendors to coordinate repair and maintenance projects as needed

Conduct seasonal maintenance tasks, such as snow removal, landscaping, and exterior maintenance

Monitor property systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning and address any issues proactively

Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and organization in work areas and common areas of properties

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Maintenance Technician, with a minimum of [X] years in property maintenance or related field

Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues effectively and implement appropriate solutions
