Central Coast Casualty Restoration, Inc (CCCR) is seeking motivated and career minded Carpenters. CCCR is an established, local general contractor specializing in fire and water damage restoration.
Candidates must be coachable, able to manage their time and tasks, and possess a straightforward understanding of the construction process. Looking for an honest, professional, reliable, hard-working person that works well within a team and brings a positive can-do attitude
Candidates should also possess the following:
Must have a valid/clean DMV, a clear background/drug check.
Verifiable proof of eligibility to work.
Must be able to speak, write, and comprehend English.
Be self-starter, able to read plans, able to stay on task and work with limited supervision
Be prompt with reliable attendance.
Thrive in a fast paced environment.
Be able to follow instruction, take direction and effectively communicate with foreman or supervisor.
Be able to work while standing for several hours on a daily basis.
Be able to lift 45+ lbs, alone and up to 70 pounds with assistance.
Be physically capable of climbing up and down ladders throughout work-shift.
Be able to use measuring devices accurately and have working knowledge of power tools and their safe operation.
Support, maintain, and enforce job site safety and security for homeowners, coworkers, subcontractors and vendors.
Maintain and enforce company policy.
Diplomacy and professionalism to others, always.
Job requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in door, window, trim & hardware installation. Work will also include other general construction tasks: demolition, rough carpentry/framing, drywall installation, reinstallation of cabinets etc.
