Manage Production/Installation
Schedule and manage projects, updating production schedule as needed
Manage Crew, overseeing and maintaining a high level of quality control, and increasing productivity
Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired when required
Handle ordering and delivery of project materials
Conduct safety tailgate meetings, maintaining crew compliance with safety policies and regulations
Oversee project budget and line item tracking
General assistance with operations
Assist with scheduling projects, client presentations, delivery timeline, customer follow ups, and client site visits
Liaise with general manager in project progress, approval for overtime, credit card purchases, personal vehicle use
for work purposes, any finance related change or activity, signed change orders with clients
Assist with employee performance reviews
Opening and closing checklists
Liaison for continual client relationship for maintenance after construction close
Assist with bidding projects and design input
