United Staffing is partnered with a company working on a temporary project installing solar panels on the ground in San Luis Obispo. We are seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to assist with digging trenches, running wiring, and assembling solar panel systems for a project expected to last 2-3 months. Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of ground-mounted solar panels
Dig trenches for wiring and other infrastructure
Lay and run wire for solar energy systems
Perform physical labor to support the installation team
Follow safety protocols and project guidelines
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or solar installation preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of electrical systems or willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Pay:
$21-$25/hour depending on experience
