Responsibilities
Scheduling outbound freight and shipments, Call for Pricing quotes
Creating/ Printing Packing list & Invoicing outbound Shipping orders; audit invoicing for completed Routes & open orders for customer credits on product Returns
Customer service – Managing all aspects of Via’s and Will call orders
Maintain/Manage Order fulfillment, work with Day Shift Supervisor to schedule assignments to Order Pickers and coordinate shipment stage positions
Coordinate WMS software work assignments and picking activity for the Voice Collection Order Pickers
Responsible for coordination of orders between ERP, transportation Routing and WMS system
Support Inventory Control
Quality Control for Order Pickers and responsible for assigning or double checking orders
Day and Night Warehouse & Delivery Shift Liaison
Help Check in Drivers
Ability to learn WMS equipment and problem solve when Staff are having trouble with their voice unit / instructions; would be liaison to IT Department on issues when necessary.
Print all necessary reports
Other project tasks or general warehousing work as assigned
Liaison between Office, Sales and Warehouse for Day Warehouse shift incoming orders, maintain good communication and relations
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Computerized Warehouse Management System
Previous experience with Voice Collect and/or RF scanning
ERP or other Order Entry software
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Must be a good communicator and team player
Organized and able to meet deadlines and complete follow through on all tasks
Ability to Multitask
Have excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
