Description Jackie Meza with Robert Half is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Tax Manage. As the Tax Manager you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations through accurate and timely tax return preparation and filing. You will develop and implement tax strategies to minimize client liabilities, provide tax advice and conduct research. Use accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate with ADP - Financial Services to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax to manage complex tax situations, including consolidated tax return and corporate income tax. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Develop and implement strategies for complex tax issues. Provide guidance on tax implications of business investments or decisions. Collaborate with other departments to integrate tax strategies into the overall business strategy. Conduct regular reviews of the organization's tax strategy to ensure it aligns with business objectives. Provide training and guidance to the accounting team on tax-related matters.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Tax Manager within a public setting Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Experience with CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax Strong understanding of various Accounting Functions Proven track record in ensuring Compliance in all financial procedures Ability to handle Complex Tax situations effectively Experience in Consolidated Tax Return preparation and review Knowledge of Corporate Income Tax laws and regulations Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred) Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
