Position Details:
- Pay: $22.00 per hour + generous
- Hours: Part-time available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexible scheduling for the right candidate.
- Location: Manteca, CA (easy access from Stockton or Modesto)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the bar team during your shift, including training new staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Mix and serve a variety of drinks, from classic cocktails to craft beers and specialties.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar area in compliance with health and alcohol regulations.
- Handle customer interactions with a positive attitude, resolving any issues quickly.
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and light administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Valid ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beer/wine/spirits.
- Reliable transportation and ability to stand for long periods.
- Must be 21+ years old.
- Energetic, team-oriented, and customer-focused personality.
