Must be able to multitask
Must be able to work early and flexible hours
Must work well in stressful situations
Must be computer proficient (email, Word, Excel)
Job Duties include:
Data entry
Communicating with drivers
Communicating with customers via email and phone
Updating customers through portals and emails.
Requires excellent organizational skills
Requires extensive knowledge of Hours of service regulations
Prepare and update the internal dispatch sheet and board
Must have intermodal experience.
