Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the Consumer Products industry, located in Torrance, California. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a key role in managing and resolving customer inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records and processing customer credit applications. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications accurately and promptly Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate Manage customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data and customer records Apply knowledge of Great Plains software for efficient operations Participate in accounting activities as required Work with a team of five to ensure smooth operations Contribute to the retail experience of the business Maintain a flexible schedule to support business needs.
