Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.

Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.

Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and training and development activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

3+ years of experience in human resources roles, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems.

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
