SUMMARY
We are a full-service Los Angeles-Ventura county-based Tax and Accounting firm that offers Bookkeeping, Tax advisory, Tax filing, and consulting services to diverse set of clients. Our clients range from startups to middle-market enterprises, mom-pop business as well as entrepreneurs and high net-worth individuals.
We require Enrolled Agents/Sr.Accountant to independently handle and operate with various client both Business/Individuals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Preparation of federal and multi-state tax returns for various flow through entities as well as individuals and various business entity types
· Preparation of financial statements and review as required
· Assistance in research and analysis of accounting and tax issues
· Direct interaction with client personnel to discuss and resolve tax and accounting-related matters
· Research and completing various projects for consulting as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Enrolled Agent License is preferred with good standing with the IRS
Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
2+ Year(s) of tax/accounting service experience
Effective communication and client relations skills
Ability to manage client base with deadlines, urgency, & prioritization management
Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax software
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
