Job Responsibilities:
Answer inbound/multi-line phone and/or making outbound calls
Using computers to access and update data
Assist customer with inquiries, requests, or concerns
Maintain knowledge of products and offerings
Demonstrate effective decision making and communication skills
Experience dealing with irate customers and diffusing situations.
E-mail correspondence with customers
Customer Service Representative I
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience required
Experience dealing with irate customers and diffusing situations.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Experience with customer database software, i.e. MS Navision and MS CRM preferred
Process purchase orders in ERP system and coordinating orders with shipping
