Pay: Earn $16.50 to start. Plus, opportunities for growth as you learn and prove your skills. We also offer on the job training!
Full Time Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. Enjoy you evenings and weekends off!
What You’ll Do:
As an Order Desk Sales Agent, you’ll be the key link between our customers and 16 showrooms across the country, ensuring seamless service and support. Your day will be filled with engaging customer interactions and order processing duties. Here’s a snapshot of your future responsibilities:
Be a sales superstar: offering courteous and fast service with a smile.
Take calls from customers, answer their questions and help them place orders.
Handle direct order entry and ensure every detail is accurate.
Keep customers updated by following up on existing purchases.
Escalate and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
Assist showrooms with order reports and customer support.
Handle credit card payments through third party processors.
Complete various administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, distributing emails and tracking shipments with UPS like a pro!
What We’re Looking For:
Familiarity with Windows Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills- you’re great at explaining things!
A friendly and professional customer service attitude.
Sharp organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
A can- do problem solver who’s always ready to tackle challenges.
Reliability is key- punctuality and dependability are a must.
