Aloha Steakhouse is looking to hire a restaurant floor supervisor for 4 shifts a week, Weekends holidays are a must.
The leadership position is responsible for assisting in a smooth function of excellent service. Hands on approach to excellent training, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with all food and safety, support and motivate staff in every area. Develop strategies for improving our guests dining experience. Will be in charge of responding to guests quickly and resolving the issue. Always looking to cut waste, decrease cost and improve profits. We are a very hands-on management friendly restaurant.
