As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

✓ Oversee daily office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification.

✓ Coordinate treatment plans and ensure accurate billing and insurance claim submissions.

✓ Manage patient records and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

✓ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

✓ Collaborate with the dental team to optimize workflow and ensure efficient patient care.

✓ Assist with financial tasks, such as billing, collections, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

✓ Proven experience as an Office Manager in a dental or healthcare setting.

✓ Strong knowledge of PPO and Medi-Cal insurance plans, dental coding, and billing procedures.

✓ Proficient in Dentrix dental software systems

✓ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.

✓ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

✓ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and patient-focused environment.

✓ Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
