In home support/care

I have a 65 year old sister , Christina, who has beginning dementia. She has an elder mix breed pit bull, medium size , named Dosha. I live in Ojai and can give support as well but we are looking for a room to rent in Ventura, Oxnard or Camarillo or thereabouts . The job would be that someone on the premises can give personal support to Tina. She is very independent and has SSI income and EBT card so her basic needs are met. She needs someone to check in on her , develop a caring relationship making sure she is ok and eating something and oriented to where she is. Help her orient to where she can walk and get to the local park, groceries and return to her room. We can afford $1500 a month as a paid job for this in home support service including the room.
