Seeking a Supply Chain Planner for a position in Camarillo, CA.
Job Duties:
Generate, update, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly Cycle Count Inventory based on system parameters and procedures.
Send out daily reports with inventory status of various products/components, expediting Warehouse or QC incoming process if necessary.
Create and/or update production orders in ERP system, based on master Job Schedule.
Update master Job Schedule with inventory status of components.
Identify and resolve demand/supply imbalances.
Accurately input consumption/output of components/products and reported labor into ERP system based on daily production activity.
Manage and maintain inventory balance of autoclaved/key components based on production demand.
Manage and maintain inventory balance of SFB Components based on weekly production usage.
Review completed production records for accuracy, reconciling components and product output, ensuring inventory of components and product is correct.
Review open production orders in ERP system ensuring all production order transactions are correct and production order is closed by due date.
Compile production records for scheduled jobs, indicating lot number of components to be consumed, based on FIFO method.
Author/revise production specifications, forms or checklist, based on current manufacturing processes.
Ensures compliance with and/or follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates.
Seeks guidance as necessary. Actively supports and participates in the safety program, both for self-protection and the protection of other employees, by reading and abiding by all requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree.
Supply Chain Planning experience required.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
$17.00-$20.00/hour
