Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and/or other metals according to specifications
Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
Set up and operate welding equipment, jigs, and fixtures
Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity
Follow strict safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Perform basic fabrication tasks, grinding, cutting, and fit-up work
Work collaboratively with production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Qualifications
Certified TIG Welder
2+ years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment
Ability to weld thin and thick materials with precision
Strong understanding of welding techniques, metallurgy, and heat control
Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.)
Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications
Strong attention to detail, quality-focused work ethic, and commitment to safety
Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and reliability
