We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our front office. You will field phone calls and emails, process and file paperwork, and maintain relationships with our clients. When necessary, you will also assist with updating clients on case matters and being a liaison between the clients and the service departments. We prefer candidates who have a background in the tax and accounting industry, but we are willing to consider those without experience in tax and accounting who have extensive administrative experience. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones and emails from clients and vendors
Send out invoices and communicate updates to clients
Keep service department abreast of client requests
