Pay range: $18.50 HOURLY
Shifts Available:
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ONLY)
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (4 POSITIONS AVAILABLE)
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM ( SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ONLY)

We are currently seeking unarmed security professionals who are accountable, reliable, genuine, and passionate. Ideal candidates should be interested in servant leadership and continuously strive to be the best in their field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Suspicious Threats: Monitor and detect potential threats, criminal violations, and facility issues. Implement and follow proper communication protocols.
Escort and Assist: Provide physical and personal security, and safety measures for clients, ensuring their protection and peace of mind.
Work Independently or in a Team: Adapt to various work paces while maintaining a high level of attentiveness, energy, and professionalism. Collaborate effectively with team members.
Coordinate Contingency Plans: Develop and execute contingency plans in collaboration with team members and emergency personnel for security incidents and high-risk situations, both at residences and in the field.
Regulate Property Access: Control and monitor access to properties by maintaining entry logs for on-site guests and work personnel. Caution trespassers and enforce premise boundaries and regulations.
Conduct Security Checks: Thoroughly examine entry points to ensure they are secure and functioning correctly. Perform regular checks to maintain safety and security standards.
Foot Patrol: Perform regular foot patrols to monitor the premises, ensuring the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
Qualifications:
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of attentiveness, energy, and professionalism.
Experience in security or a related field is preferred.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
