Customer Service (Field) Representatives; all skill levels [I] Trainee – [IV] Journeyman

1. Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic

2. Valid (Current) Drivers License and Insurance meeting state requirements

3. Tools necessary for CSR Level/Skillset

[ I ]Trainee Customer Service (Field): $15.00 - $17.00 Travel: Up to 50%

▪ Adjusts cabinet doors and drawers to expectations at specified locations.

▪ Install hardware as needed

▪ Use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve problems

▪ Follows company safety procedures and policies.

▪ All other duties as assigned by Company Management and Officers

▪ Ability to adjust doors and drawers to proper tolerances.

▪ Ensure reveals on all doors/drawers are equal, level and flush.

▪ Apply bumpers accordingly.

▪ Prepare cabinetry for final walk through; remove stickers, plastic, wipe-down and clean

▪ Skillset to perform minor touch-up work to excellent interpersonal and communications skills required.

▪ Must be able to communicate verbally and in written communications in English or be willing to use tools for translated communications

[ II ] Apprentice Customer Service (Field) $16.50 - $19.00 Travel: Up to 50%

▪ Meet all expectations of a CSR-1 position

▪ Adjustments/repairs cabinets doors and drawers independently (meeting expectation) at specified locations.

▪ Use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve problems

▪ Follows company safety procedures and policies.

▪ All other duties as assigned by Company Management and Officers.

▪ Skillset to perform repair work and installation of loose parts, skins &scribe.

▪ Accurately drill for hardware.

▪ Knowledge to perform “Touch-up” basics; learn colors (Mohawk) and how to utilize wax sticks, lacquers, markers, etc.

▪ Beginning level interpretation of blueprint drawings & schematics.

▪ Must be able to communicate verbally and in written communications in English or be willing to use apps for translated communications.

[ III ] Technician Customer Service: $19.00 - $21.50 Hourly Travel: Up to 50%

▪ Meet all expectations of a CSR-1 & 2 position

▪ Adjustments/repairs cabinets doors and drawers independently (meeting expectation) at specified locations.

▪ Reliable transportation & dependable work ethic

▪ Use professional concepts, company policies and procedures to solve problems

▪ Follows company safety procedures and policies.

▪ Troubleshooting skills

▪ Skillset to disassemble and reassemble components of the cabinetry

▪ Knowledge of how to “cut-out” for mechanicals

▪ Ability to read blueprint drawings & schematics.

▪ Must be able to communicate verbally and in written communications in English or be willing to use apps for translated communications.

[ IV ] Journeyman Customer Service Field $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly Travel: Up to 50%

▪ Meet all expectations of a CSR-1, 2 & 3 position

▪ Crew Leadsman entry-level supervisory position over peers

▪ Represents company image; communicates with customers and clients

▪ Reliable transportation & dependable work ethic

▪ Use professional concepts, company policies and procedures to solve problems

▪ Follows company safety procedures and policies.

▪ All other duties as assigned by Company Management and Officers.

▪ Apprentice Cabinet Installer and ability to install options

▪ Leadsman (Mentor & trainer) over other co-workers with the ability to communicate professionally and treat others with respect.

▪ Troubleshooting skills

Customer Service Job Requirements

▪ Driving personal car, maintaining valid CA driver's license & state minimum automotive insurance at all times while driving for the company. No exclusion on policy for “business/work use”. Motor vehicle report must be acceptable to company standards. Maintain compliance within company standards by reporting any violations/changes to employer within 10 days of incurrences. If qualified, may be required to operate company vehicle or equipment

▪ Have access to a cellphone while in working hours

Customer Service Field Technician Physical Requirements

Must be sufficiently sighted to review complex documents. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to eighty (50) pounds. Must be able to travel to other locations and job sites. Job may require climbing stairs while carrying between 40 and 50 pounds; may require carrying materials multiple floors. Must be able to operate hand tools and pneumatic tools.

Customer Service Field Technician Working Environment

Most work is performed outdoors, and in a construction environment. Some work may require exposure to the shop area or outdoors and indoor dust particles. The noise level is usually moderate and frequent.

Exercises judgment within broadly defined practice and policy in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Impact of Decisions

Erroneous decisions could result in negative impacts to the Company and/or it’s employees.
