Maintenance and repairs on 13 assigned locations. Journey Man HVAC Technician to trouble shoot and repair HVAC equipment up to 80 tons, able to replace large capacity compressors, reversing valves, TXV's, motors, and follow technical steps without supervision. Able to read schematics on high and low voltage to isolate and repair electrical faults, familiar with VAV's and pneumatic, boilers also building repairs on plumbing, electrical, lighting.
