We are a Exeter-based company seeking a motivated and experienced Asphalt Paving & Maintenance Estimator who can also develop new business in striping, sealing, patching, and related services.
Responsibilities: Prepare accurate estimates for asphalt paving and maintenance projects Identify and pursue new sales opportunities Build relationships with property managers, contractors, and clients Work independently and alongside field crews
Requirements: Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass standard pre-employment requirements Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, maintenance, repairs, and estimating practices Comfort with both estimating and client-facing sales activities
