Program Associate 2

Description Walnut Creek Non-Profit is looking for an onsite Program Associate.The Programs Associate will provide support for all programs by enforcing policies and assisting with implementation of the programs. This role will work collaboratively with Senior Programs Associate, Programs Associate (1) and State Chairs. The focus will be on providing support to all stake holders throughout the year.Responsibilities: Knowledgeable on all Programs Policies and Procedures Proo all Policies and Procedures Provide support to State Chairs, teachers, parents and students Provide customer support Assist with the creation and tracking of program mailers Proo all program mailers Assist with phones during heavy volumes Administer all birthdate verifications for programs Verifying all dates in the system are correct for all programs Provide back up to Administrative Assistant with materials sales Convention Exhibitor Manager Advertising Manager Updating all advertising documents and forms Updating all Exhibits and Sponsorship documents and support toolsRequirements Requirements: Travel to the annual Convention every year on or around Fourth of July Overtime required during the Convention Week in July Overtime required on weekends during the months of February and MarchQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs Experience with databasesPREFERRED SKILLS Time management skills Experience with Project Management software Able to work collaborativelyMust have excellent attendance and punctuality.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
