CA Occupational Therapy license
BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Ability to work as a member of the team, including sharing knowledge, giving and receiving feedback, taking initiative to assist others, problem solving and providing an atmosphere conducive to learning.
More than 2 years of experience qualifies for OT 2 title
Preferred:
At least 1 year of acute care experience
Burn and/or wound experience
