Location: Westlake Village, CA

Your team:

You'll be working in the Westlake Village office in Southern California as part of a large team. As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role in our delivery of client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

We're looking for a Senior Client Service Associate to:

  • Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  • Interface with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs, and resolve issues
  • Represent your team by serving as the key point of contact for operations, compliance, and other stakeholders, ensuring Projects are completed in a timely manner
  • Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
  • Manage the client onboarding process by gathering the correct information and documentation required to open new accounts.
  • Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
  • Be the point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

Your expertise:

  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required
  • Ideally 5+ years of financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on Business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills
  • Proven track record of success, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Team player with pleasant interpersonal skills
  • Works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
