Oversee the Safe operation of the Coke Barn process
Own and support the safety program and culture of the employees that run the Coke Barn.
Schedule crews to maintain a 7/24 operation of the Coke Barn process.
Monitor and keep a record log of the moisture content of the coke product as it is a highly regulated state requirement.
Maintain the PM’s of all the equipment.
Oversee the repair of all the equipment.
Order all the replacement parts for all equipment.
Manage the logistics of the shipping of the Coke product.
Attend a daily meeting with the client Coke Barn production leader.
Report to client and company on the daily operations of the Coke Barn.
Report to client and company KPI’s monthly.
Manage and document the Coke inventory to include all inbound and outbound Coke.
Assist in repairs as needed.
