Midtown Grill is seeking an EXPERIENCED part time cook
Description:
Prepping food, short order cooking, dish washing, cleaning, keeps a clean and orderly kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Positive attitude, good disposition, enjoy working with customers and coworkers.
Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and take direction.
Self-motivated, have a sense of urgency, enjoy working and staying busy.
Team player, always willing to assist all restaurant staff, and will help build a fun, welcoming environment.
Requirements:
1-2 years RECENT experience in food prep and short order cooking.
Current CA Food Handlers certificate (or ability to obtain before hire)
Ability to work any shift Monday through Friday, weekends, and some holidays (no overnights).
Adhere to standards and good hygiene.
Work well as an individual and as part of a team.
Must be dependable, dedicated, flexible, and have a professional demeanor.
