Westhaven Solar Inc is now accepting applications for the position of solar PV installers.
Desired experience:
Installation of all racking and wiring on both ground mounts and roof mounted systems.
Installation of solar PV modules per manufacturers' guidelines.
Reading plan sets properly and accurately.
Installing to regulations and designs listed on the plan sets.
Installation of DC and AC wiring from array to balance of system components.
Installation of inverters, disconnects, breakers or other equipment as stated on the plan sets.
Additional experience preferred but not necessary:
Construction knowledge of homes and structures.
Knowledge of current Electrical, Building and Fire codes
Knowledge of battery back up installation
Required to have:
Reliable transportation to and from Yuba City headquarters
Valid drivers license and clean driving record (not required for interview but requested)
Schedule: 4 days/week 10 hours/day.
