We are an established Boulder-based architectural firm that specializes in custom homes & remodels as well as select boutique commercial projects.
We are currently hiring for one or two project architects/managers to become part of our team. This individual(s) should have experience in all aspects of architecture including code & zoning review, programming, design, construction documentation, detailing, interiors & finish selections, client communication & coordination, contractor communication & coordination, etc. as well as experience managing staff and creating effective team dynamics.
Potential option for the correct individual(s) to take the firm into the future with structured growth into partnership/ownership over time.
Positions Requirements
10 – 20 years experience
Licensed in the State of Colorado
8 – 12 years Revit experience
Position requires knowledge of full scope of architectural services, from marketing & project procurement through construction administration. We believe candidates with the appropriate experience will be aware of, and understand, the professional capabilities required.
