This position will act as a resource to HR Service Center (HRSC) departments employing faculty, staff, and students. The Temporary HRSC Coordinator assists permanent HRSC Coordinators with personnel and payroll-related transactional work. Complete a large number of HR and Payroll related transactions.

Ensure compliance with University, State, and Federal rules.

Build and maintain employment records using human resources management system (HCM) and maintain human resources-related data.

Provide transactional and policy expertise related to I-9 & e-verify, background checks, etc.

HRSC Outreach and Customer Service:

Proactively develop constructive and harmonious working relationships with HRSC departments.

Meet quality standards for services, maintain a high level of professionalism in communications, and communicate with a wide variety of people across campus.

Serve as a member of the HR team and participate as a representative of HR in internal and external events and groups as appropriate.

What You Should Know

This is a fully remote position.

This is a temporary, full-time position anticipated to last through summer 2025.

What We Can Offer

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.
