New food truck needs staff to start immediately. Our calendar is filling up fast Evenings and weekends a MUST!
The commissary kitchen is located in Longmont and this is where the majority of prep is done 1-2 times a week. The rest of the event locations range from Longmont, Boulder, Loveland, Fort Collins and Wellington. Must have reliable transportation to get to events and be willing to travel the majority of Northern Colorado.
Since we are new, there will be opportunities to help put systems into place, record recipes, create opening and closing lists, learn about the business, etc. Need people who can and are willing to learn quickly, follow directions and adapt to changes. You never know what to expect on any day while the kinks are still being worked out. While working, everyone needs to be in control of their assigned duties, follow directions, finish tasks to completion, and follow all health codes. Quality of food is first priority Also, must be able to handle stress and keep your cool. Ideal if you have both BOH & FOH experience. Looking for team players who can help lift this business up into success, take pride in their work, have fun while doing so, and be around for the long haul.
