Catering Manager: Experience required in customer relations and event information management, onsite event management including staffing, scheduling, training, team leadership, transportation and managing of equipment. Flexible schedule outside event days.
Prep and Cooks: Experience required; butchery, roasting, smoking, portioning, sauce making.
