We are looking for a motivated assistant to support our experienced sushi chef from Japan, with the opportunity to advance to a sushi chef position in the future.
Ideal candidates should have:
Prior experience in sushi preparation or Japanese cuisine
Excellent knife skills
A strong work ethic and a passion for authentic Japanese food
This position can be part-time or full-time.
Our restaurant is open evenings only, and we are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Typical working hours are 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
