We are a frozen burrito manufacturer with distribution all over North America.
We are in need of a Warehouse Lead that is solid, not afraid of being in a large freezer for extended periods of time, can manage and track product rotation and lot tracking, can drive a forklift, pick and pull orders, load and unload trucks, and communicate well.
Have ideas for improvement and communicate those ideas to management.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Unloading trucks
Checking in orders into the tracking system
Putting away ingredients and supplies and maintain proper rotation FIFO
Pulling orders and preparing shipments
Doing daily tasks on tablet system
Keeping the shipping area and freezers clean
Working as a team with other departments
Have a helpful and light-hearted demeanor
Good sense of humor
Self-starter
Can work and follow GMPs both internal and under inspection by the USDA. This position reports to the Plant Manager and The VP of Operations.
Ideal candidate has a "can-do" attitude and doesn't buckle under pressure. Someone who is even-tempered and works hard. Good communication skills are a must.
English is a must. Spanish is a plus.
Hours are M-F 6:30am-2:30pm No weekends. Hours my fluctuate a little depending on workload.
