About the No-Pay, High-Visibility Internship
We’re seeking a Marketing & Communications Assistant who can bridge creative vision with practical execution. This position is a wonderful internship opportunity for a Marketing or Communications major—or a recent graduate—who wants to apply their skills in a dynamic, real-world environment. You’ll work directly with and report to the Owner/Creative Director, helping turn ideas into polished, effective communications that reflect our identity.
This is a two-way learning experience—you’ll bring your knowledge, energy, and creativity while learning directly from an experienced creative entrepreneur in a hands-on, collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
Use existing website and marketing content to build insights and knowledge
Analyze customer buying data and translate insights into marketing strategies
Create engaging social media content (Instagram stories, posts, reels, etc.)
Collaborate on artful marketing pieces (using Photoshop, Corel, or other design tools)
Draft and edit customer-facing emails
Support the creative vision of the owner by helping shape ideas into clear, effective campaigns
Qualifications
Strong digital marketing and communication skills
Experience with social media management and content creation
Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Corel, or similar)
Excellent writing and editing abilities
Comfort with website back-end tools (basic CMS knowledge a plus)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data
Highly collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented
