We are an established, employee-friendly property management company seeking a full-time maintenance tech for a 150 unit apartment community focused on student housing.
The job pays a competitive salary, fully paid health, dental, vision, and disability insurance, 401(K) with company match, generous PTO program, possible monthly bonuses, etc. Onsite housing could be included in the compensation package, but is not required for this position.
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
-Self-motivated
-Honest
-Detail oriented
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to follow directions and work as a team
-Willingness to be on-call after business hours
-Reliable transportation, driver's license, and insurance
-Apartment community maintenance experience preferred but not required
-CPO license is preferred but not required
