Job Summary: The Fulfillment Specialist at Kim and Jake's Gluten Free plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of ecommerce customer orders and inventory. This position involves working as part of a team to fulfill customer needs and maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and report discrepancies.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of products and orders by following established procedures and quality standards.
Packaging: Properly print labels as needed, package items in correct boxes, and label items for shipping.
Order Processing: Use computer systems to print labels, process orders, and update inventory records.
Working Conditions:
This role may involve standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
Work hours may includes evenings and weekends depending on business needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualification's:
- Previous experience in e-commerce or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
- Proficient in using e-commerce software.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity pallet jacks and other materials handling equipment.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.29 - $22.03 per hour
