We understand how small, independent schools struggle with limited resources and funds. That's why we provide an affordable software that supports administrators and teachers in executing their day-to-day tasks such as re-enrollment, registering students for courses, grading homework and much more. About You:

You are someone who enjoys technology, problem solving, out-of-the-box thinking, and working with people. You are friendly, patient and outgoing. You learn quickly and are self-motivated and you're always up for a challenge.

Responsibilities & Job Summary:

One of the most important facets of our company is customer success and support. Your primary function will be to help new schools successfully transition over to BigSIS from their existing database(s). This will including making sure that they are receiving the support they need from our CSR team and helping them to transition their data over to our platform. With a growing client base, it's important that every client's needs are met and their issues are heard. You will be responsible for making sure that new and existing clients are happy and that they successfully and fully transition to our service.

We bring schools over from all different databases, so you will need to learn how to export and manipulate data from various sources. We will teach you how to manipulate data (including using Google Sheets & MS SQL Server) as needed and teach you about the different systems you will be importing from. Any experience you already have in these areas will be very helpful.

Required Skills:

 Being tech-savvy and a quick learner of new software

 Being patient and being good with people

 Being able to juggle multiple projects

 Attention to detail

 Excellent written and verbal English skills

Bonus Skills:

 Familiarity working with relational databases

 Familiarity with any student information system (SIS)

 Prior customer success or customer service experience

 Experienced with web-based training

 Knowledge of QA Testing
