Increasing clerical demands as a result of the introduction and subsequent implementation of the new SAP maintenance module has created a need for the addition of a clerical resource in the maintenance department. This position will fill those needs.Compensation Range:  $28.71-$33.42 per hourResponsibilities:Learn and understand SAP principles.Enter purchase requisitions and service entries for MRO materials in SAP.Contact vendors to track and confirm material deliveries.Maintain ISO and environmental calibration records.Manage the Maintenance Technical Library.Handle and store parts as needed.Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts.Collect maintenance data and prepare reports.Perform general clerical duties as required.Follow all safety regulations and plant procedures.Maintain a strong focus on environmental, health, and safety aspects throughout all tasks.
