Hardware Quality Assurance Engineer II

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer II to serve as the primary Quality Engineer for assigned programs. In this role, you will operate under general supervision, following established procedures while taking ownership of quality deliverables. Your primary responsibilities will include:Serve as the Primary Quality Engineer on assigned programs.Complete End Item Data Packages (EIDP) with minor oversight.Review Statements of Work (SOW), generate Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), and complete Required Verification Methods (RVM) with guidance.Bring most Material Review Boards (MRBs) to closure; support complex MRB dispositions and root cause analysis with minor assistance.Execute containment measures, create cause maps, and propose corrective action plans for Corrective Action Requests (CARs).Support formal testing, Customer Source Inspections (CSIs), and Quality Evaluation Verifications (QEVs) to meet schedule milestones.Contact various functional groups and customer counterparts; submit customer documentation using customer portals.Support audits and customer meetings effectively.Hold the program accountable for lab cleanliness, MRB/Failure Review Board (FRB) decisions, and other quality metrics.Understand various SEAKR work groups, roles, and expectations.
