Skilled Maintenance Coordinator II – Senior Living Community

Position SummaryUnder the direction of the Building Operations lead, maintains areas related to the maintenance and repairs of the community.  Participates in the On-Call rotation for the Community.Essential DutiesResponsible for diagnosing problems and making repairs on equipment, machinery, plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical systems.Responsible for completing community work orders and ensuring they are done in a timely manner for employees and residents.May perform and logs fire drills in the Community on a monthly basis. Ensures fire extinguishers are in good repair and filled and currently dated.Under the direction of the Facilities Services Director, ensures the overall compliance and documentation of the Community as it relates to the maintenance function.Assists with snow removal, room renovation, and grounds maintenance.Other duties as assigned.
