Entry-Level Civil Engineer

AECOM is seeking a talented and highly motivated Civil Engineering to join the Water Resources team in the Colorado Springs, CO office.This position is expected to begin in January 2025.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Hydrology and Hydraulics along with modeling storm drainage systems.Flood plain analysis using the latest versions of HEC-RAS.Drainage calculation review.Jurisdictional compliance reviews.Building on current analytic and design skills.Conduct engineering design, collecting and analyzing data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.Use computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.Perform work under supervision in accordance with agreed-upon budget and schedule.
