Job DescriptionA Military Planner II will independently collect, assimilate, and manage land use planning, community planning, and urban design project information for the team; prepare project requirements, constraints, and opportunity mapping and required analysis; assist in the preparation for and participation in client and public information meetings, site data collection visits, stakeholder interviews, charrettes, and in-progress reviews; prepare viable courses of action alternatives for evaluation including proposed plans for Department of Defense (DoD) facilities and installation requirements; and prepare high-quality illustrations and narratives for master plans and site-specific area development plans.The Planner II will participate in all phases of document development, apply the guidance and criteria in the Unified Facilities Criteria series (particularly UFC 2-100-01) in plan creation, prepare conference minutes, work with facility floor plans and facility category codes, and narratively and graphically apply the planning process to documents.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
