The IT Provisioning Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of IT services to end users across the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the provisioning of hardware, software, and user accounts, including onboarding new employees, facilitating internal moves, and managing separations. The supervisor ensures that all provisioning activities align with security policies and operational standards, maintaining data integrity and access control throughout the user lifecycle. By coordinating closely with HR, IT support, and infrastructure teams, the specialist helps streamline transitions and enhance the overall user experience, contributing to operational efficiency and compliance. The Provisioning team is also responsible for asset management of all hardware, and lifecycle for end user devices.
Essential FunctionsSupervise and provide technical direction for members of the provisioning team.Provision user accounts, devices, and work through the Mover, Joiner, Leaver process for users.Procurement of IT services and equipment. Asset Management for devices across the organization.Job specific accountabilities based on job description such as meetings, escalated ticket resolution, reporting and trending, etc.Research, test and recommend technology solutions.Establish and enforce policies and procedures in line with security and strategic objectives.Mentorship, performance reviews, statuses, etc.Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Wings policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
