Here at GlobeLink, we are Colorados one-stop solution for all foreign language needs, whether it is interpreting services; document translations (from birth certificates, to employee manuals or multi-lingual website translations); or if someone is just wanting to learn a new language to assist them in their upcoming travels.

We are currently looking for an experienced, part-time Office Assistant to assist our team located in our Colorado Springs office.

The perfect candidate will have outstanding personal and written communication skills, and will be expected to assist our full-time team by providing back up and support in our departments such as client relations, scheduling, document translation, and overall day-to-day operations of our small office.

Attention to detail, spelling, and an exceptional standard of written communication are essential.

The position is part-time, with the expectation of four scheduled hours between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm daily (we prefer a set schedule, but may be able to work with students to accommodate their school schedules).

Job Duties

Build a friendly, professional relationship with all contractors, clients, and staff.

Receive and respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and guests in office.

Manage upkeep of office, office machines, and supplies.

Administrative, scheduling, and secretarial support for management and team.

Coordinates and attends meetings as needed.

Assist in allocating resources for client assignments,

Support document translation team with on-site requests.

Applicable Skills

Prefer two years of proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self and others.

Superior written and oral communication skills.

Able to collate and assess information, and present it in an effective format.

Strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Computer literate, with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

HS Diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred.
