We want to introduce you to a newly opened restaurant downtown on Tejon called Latin Social. It features the best of the Mediterranean. We have always focused on the Dining experience and we are looking for seasoned Servers that appreciate the art of Service and culture. This is a full time position, 5 days with Fri and Sat being a must (ie non negotiable). We are closed on Sundays.
A knowledge of Wine is required and a minimum of 4 years full-service sit down fine dining restaurant experience. The position does require 2 weeks of paid training and passing of a Food and Cocktail exam. Must have lived in CO for at least 6 months. Ambli does have a Tip Pool.
Expectations include:
-Wine Knowledge
-Appreciation of the Dining experience (ie. Your eat out to see what other restaurants are doing and getting ideas for your own personal growth)
-Current resident of Colorado; having lived in CO for 6+months
-4+ year’s experience
-Solid base knowledge of wine, spirits, and food
-Ability to work as a cohesive team
-Only 1 Industry Job
-Quick learner and ability to adapt as our dynamic menu is constantly changing
-Ability to take feedback from your peers and Management
-Respect and appreciation for your teammates and BOH
-Ability to upsell Menu items and beverages
