Colorado Cleaning & Rental Refresh Co. is looking for a dedicated, consistent, and reliable cleaner to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of detailed, on-time cleanings for both residential homes and short-term rentals.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with residential cleaning AND Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent work
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Must have reliable transportation
Requirements:
Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Must be dependable and available for recurring work
Experience with turnovers, including kitchens, bathrooms, linens, and staging basics is a plus
Compensation:
Pay equivalent to $30/hour
Paid per job based on scope and time
Consistent work available for the right candidate
